OUR HISTORY

Incorporated in March 2009, HealthNEXT provides a six-sigma approach to building corporate cultures of health, safety & employee wellbeing, based upon over 20 years of best-practice research and frontline work within Fortune 500 companies. Beginning with our co-founder’s work as global medical director for GE, HealthNEXT has developed a platform which houses impactful employer assessments; a proven multi-year strategic planning process; and supports plan execution which advances a company’s culture of health, safety & wellbeing creating sustainable results.

When HealthNEXT was founded, it focused on consulting engagements with C-suite executives at multinational companies, generating success and positioning clients to develop award-winning cultures of health and wellbeing. Pivoting over the past few years to digitize its rich and research-tested intellectual property, HealthNEXT is now positioned as a platform SaaS company. The company serves C-suite leaders providing necessary support and resources to advance their culture of health, safety and wellbeing, via a strategic, reproducible, and measurable methodology. This is enhanced with the sharing of a rich database of corporate best practices and guided by globally recognized chief medical and health officers driving the process and execution.

HealthNEXT helps employers to achieve benchmark performance and the results speak for themselves and include sustainable reduction of medical cost trends often achieving 0-1% annual trend, reduction in employee turnover, decreased absenteeism rates, improved employee performance and engagement, which all yields increased organizational performance.
